Once again, I am sitting at my desk reminiscing over the experiences and benefits I received from yoga while living in Charlotte, North Carolina some years ago. Boy did I love it. The benefits were amazing. My mind was calm and body was relaxed. Yes, it was a little uncomfortable and challenging at the beginning, because I didn’t know what to expect. Once I got use to the different poses, I became relaxed and comfortable with my body and performing the different poses and movements. Now I am ready to get back into YOGA again. It’s been a long time since I practice the ancient art.
